2027-2028 Enrollment Information

We are now accepting applications for the 2027-2028 school year! 

Students entering grades 5 through 10 for the 2027-2028 school year are now able to apply to enroll at Intrepid College Prep! Intrepid uses an online application and lottery selection process called Lotterease for students to enroll in our school community. Lottery results for the 2027-2028 school year will be shared in March 2026.

1. To apply, families must live in Davidson County to apply. Click here to create your Lotterease account.

   • If you need assistance completing the application or enrollment packet, you may visit us or call our front offices at 615-810-8443 (grades 5-8) or 615-334-0070 (grades 9-10) 
2. Families set up an account on Lotterease and fill out the pre-lottery form
1. Families who apply after the lottery: if seats are available in that grade level, families will be automatically prompted to accept their seat. If seats are not available in that grade level, families will be put on the waitlist.
2. Families who apply prior to the lottery: when the lottery results are released on March 1, families will need to accept their seat.
3. After accepting their seat, families submit the required documents and fill out required information on Lotterease or in person:
1. Enrollment and information form
2. Home Language Survey
3. Occupational Survey (“Migrant Form”)
4. TN Immunization Record
5. IEP (if applicable and accessible to parent)
6. WIDA/ELPA scores (if applicable and accessible to parent)
7. Parent ID
8. Proof of Address
9. Birth Certificate
4. Families attend Back to School Night, or if enrolling mid-year, come into the office to receive:
1. Handbook
2. School calendar
3. Daily schedule
4. Families coming from other MNPS school must complete a withdrawal form with their enrollment center or sending school in addition to our enrollment process
5. Families must accept their student's seat in MNPS Schoolmint. This allows us to enroll their student in the MNPS system.
